On a more personal note, I am a go-getter, bold, focused, resilient, with a sunny, yet frank, disposition. I often use humor to lighten stressful situations. I believe the adjective that best describes me is passionate. Whether I am in the kitchen creating some masterpiece, running in heels to catch up and love on a nearby Golden Retriever, standing up for someone being bullied, saving a stray or injured animal, choosing a gift for someone, or in my personal and professional relationships, I am present, diligent and purposeful.

I attended and received my diploma in Healing and Success Arts and Sciences from Bennett Stellar University, an internationally recognized school of Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
